Delivery & Returns

Stock Availability

We try to ensure that we have good stock availability of all products. However, some goods may sell faster than we predict.

If the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will do our best to get it for you as quickly as possible.

If we cannot get the item in 3 days, we will contact you and tell you how long it will take us to arrange produce and the deadline of shipment. If you accept it, we will continue to fullfill the order, or else, we will cancel your order immediately and let you know by email.

If we can get the similar item, we will email you with the option or to cancel your order.

Lost / Undelivered Items

Please note that the Third Party Logistics Service Provider do not consider an item lost/undelivered until 10 working days (Monday-Friday) after the due date of delivery. We cannot therefore send replacements for undelivered items until this time has elapsed.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to dispatch your order in 1 to 2 working days, however during busy periods our picking and packing time may be 3-4 days. Please allow picking and packing time. If the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will let you know by email and offer you solution, you can decide to continue your order or cancel it.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email from us to include all relevant information to the delivery.

Please note that the tracking numbers of your parcel can be traced online upon most occasions.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Notification of all guarantee claims are to be made immediately (up to 7 days after receiving the Goods) by phone or email.


Any third party claims can only be met with prior agreement in writing from ourselves.

Damaged or faulty goods must be returned to us before a refund can be made.

Returns

Before returning any goods you should contact us to inform us of your intention to return and the reason for cancelling your order.

We reserve the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy Below. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

We are happy to accept any stock items for exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt of goods, provided the item is returned unused, in its original packaging and with the manufacturer's tags still attached. 

Incorrectly ordered, or stock items returned will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Non-stock/special ordered items may not be returned unless specifically agreed by ourselves beforehand and will be subject to a minimum 20% handling charge.

All returns are at the customers cost, this includes any cost of sending item back.

In order to avoid customs charges please mark the outside of your package; 'RETURNED GOODS FAILED SALE'.

Back Orders

If your items cannot be shipped due to special reasons, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Shipping Delay

Our Titanium undergoes an additional polishing process before anodising which is why it may take up to 2-4 additional days to dispatch your order.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods that are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage, etc, you may require it in the event of a claim with your carrier.

Shortages

Please advise SID of any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 3 days of receipt. We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to process your claim.

SID does not accept any responsibility for any labor charges incurred during fitment or removal of goods whether allegedly faulty or incorrectly supplied.
